When a World War II-era battleship goes missing after it is reactivated for black-op interrogations in the Persian Gulf, an elite Marine task force, an NCIS investigator and two scientists attempt to find it. After discovering that the vessel's crew has been slaughtered by a notorious terrorist, they team up to destroy him before they become his next victims.
